Quick Impression: For some reasons, this episode didn’t felt as good as the previous two. Or was I just getting too much shoujo this season that I’m starting to compare them? Whatever the reason is, I’m starting to get tired of Mei’s character. Turns out she’s not my type of heroine for a shoujo series. Well. Wait, turns out their relationship and their characters (Tachibana Mei and Kurosawa Yamato) aren’t entirely my type of characters. I’d say that at some point, it’s starting to slide down on me. The characters are somehow getting into. We definitely need more Asamicchi and Nakanishi!! Although the overall shoujo feel to it still seems pretty good. I sure do hope that things will get better in the future because somehow, I’m getting the feeling that Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun is actually better than this. More of my impression here. Quick Impression: This episode just came by so fast. In a good way of course. I really like the development between Asamicchi and Nakanishi. The rumor that’s going around regarding Yamato sure is rich but I highly doubt that it’s true. I bet people just made it up. As for his relationship with Arai-san, it’s obvious that he doesn’t really like her anymore. That last scene was just really epic. I liked it and I definitely like Mei’s comment more. It made me laugh. Seriously. More of my impression here. Continue reading
Quick Impression: Just because this is Saouji Ranko’s (Yahagi Sayuri) episode, it doesn’t mean that I disliked this episode. Frankly speaking, I enjoyed it. Wanko’s story and how her feelings for Furuya developed is very well shown in this episode. It did a great job in showing how Wanko’s feelings for Furuya developed. How they first met, knew that they were cousins, what she dislikes about Furuya when they were kids and how she saw Furuya after he saved her from that stray dog when they were kids. – HA! I Just summarize the entire thing that quickly. LOL :)) Throughout the episode, there was something going through my mind, Wanko sure hasn’t entirely given up on her feelings for Furuya. If she doesn’t give up, guess I have to remind her that they are first cousins! x_x For more of my impression, click here.
Quick Impression: As always, Sankarea sure is taking their sweet time with everything that’s happening. I guess that could be a good thing since that will result to no wasted episode. Anyway, this episode mainly dealt with Furuya’s thoughts about how to preserve Rea’s body from rotting. One interesting thought that I’ve actually caught from this episode was Furuya’s grandfather being the one who made the potion, as he have said. What isn’t entirely surprising here is Rea acting as a “somehow” real zombie as we all have imagined. I just kind of felt weird that she didn’t ate the hell out of Wanko and just gave us some fan service moment :3 AND when Furuya came into Wanko’s rescue, Rea just walked towards Furuya and… kissed him?? OR is she trying to suck his guts out of him? x_x For more of my impression, click here.
