Quick Impression: Honestly speaking I was never a fan of Shiratori Shun (Iguchi Yuuichi). I find his arc pretty boring when I read it back then and I still have the same view now that I’ve watched it. But despite how much I find Shiratori uninteresting, his arc can be viewed in an inspirational way. Not going through the details of the episode, Shiratori’s determination of being a mangaka is very encouraging. I envy him for having the guts and strength to leave his family, his home, just because his mother is against of what he wants to do. What only made me disappointed in this story is how it actually resembles Mashiro’s story but Shiratori had it heavier (that very inconsiderate mother). With how much I can recall from the manga, I believe that Takagi’s time with Shiratori will be another struggle for Ashirogi Mutou. As for the contest, if I remember it correctly, this will be the really fun battle of romance oneshots :3 Now I just remembered Hiramaru’s submission. LOL~ more of my impression here. Quick Impression: For some reasons, this episode didn’t felt as good as the previous two. Or was I just getting too much shoujo this season that I’m starting to compare them? Whatever the reason is, I’m starting to get tired of Mei’s character. Turns out she’s not my type of heroine for a shoujo series. Well. Wait, turns out their relationship and their characters (Tachibana Mei and Kurosawa Yamato) aren’t entirely my type of characters. I’d say that at some point, it’s starting to slide down on me. The characters are somehow getting into. We definitely need more Asamicchi and Nakanishi!! Although the overall shoujo feel to it still seems pretty good. I sure do hope that things will get better in the future because somehow, I’m getting the feeling that Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun is actually better than this. More of my impression here. Quick Impression: This episode just came by so fast. In a good way of course. I really like the development between Asamicchi and Nakanishi. The rumor that’s going around regarding Yamato sure is rich but I highly doubt that it’s true. I bet people just made it up. As for his relationship with Arai-san, it’s obvious that he doesn’t really like her anymore. That last scene was just really epic. I liked it and I definitely like Mei’s comment more. It made me laugh. Seriously. More of my impression here. Continue reading
Quick Impression: After watching this episode, I have to say that this is already one of my fave series this season. Yeah, I’m just a typical shoujo-romance jerk. I like shoujo-male leads because they’re there to make girls feel so fancy. HAHA. Anyway, this series definitely smells like drama with little comedy. It gives me the Kimi ni Todoke feel despite having that big difference. More of my impression here… Continue reading
Quick Impression: One thing’s for sure, I’m really glad that Bakuman. is back with its most exciting arc, the PCP-arc. This first episode started out pretty decent with Mashiro and Miho running away from a seiyuu audition on Niizuma and Iwase‘s manga, +NATURAL. Mashiro’s nervousness in interaction with Miho and Niizuma’s fancy character has got to be some of the striking fun parts of this episode. Also, it’s really great t see Iwase try to be the bitch in Miho’s life. HAHA. More of my impression here. Continue reading
Quick Impression: I guess this episode just turned out a lot better than the previous one. And this actually had something good in it, Sakai Wakana’s story which I’ve been itching to find out ever since the principal accepted their club form. In an overall look on this episode, I’m not entirely sure if I’ll look at this series positively and actually hope for things to get better for me. Although it seems that Tari Tari has actually pleased a number of anime fans out there and sadly I’m not one of them. BUT either way, I’ll still continue to watch this series and see what’ll happen next… for more of my impression, click here.
Quick Impression: I don’t really know what to feel about this episode. I’m actually torn between liking and disliking it. First off, I like this episode because I love this anime and we’re actually getting more into the story. On the other hand, I’m partially disliked this episode because it made me feel that as if all their personal and supposedly mind breaking problems seems a bit forced. Although in an overall look on this episode, I’d say that it didn’t please me as the previous ones but it’s still pretty good. This anime is definitely a candidate for my top anime this season. AND the preview suggests that we’ll see the scene from the preview. Nagase’s going off a bridge? O.O AND Taichi’s there to save her? I bet she’s going on bout her personality again… For more of my impression, click here. Continue reading
